Representatives from the Municipal Advisory Committee Research Office, the Municipal Urban Renewal Office, and the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau accompanied the visit. Shi Mei, Director and Vice President of FIOCCO Group, and Mao Lilu, General Manager of YESGO Valley, received the delegation.

During the inspection, Director Guo and his delegation reviewed the comprehensive exhibition panels detailing the renewal and transformation of the FIOCCO · YESGO Valley industrial park. They received a detailed introduction to the approaches adopted for spatial restructuring, resource reorganization, and quality enhancement at YESGO Valley, carefully observed the project's sandbox model, and gained an understanding of the park's overall spatial layout and functional planning.

Subsequently, the research team inspected spaces such as the YESGO Valley designer fashion apparel display and sales platform, the Y11 internet-famous fashion block, and the 5G digital intelligent manufacturing sharing platform. They gained a more intuitive understanding of the project's efforts to enhance its commercial core and revitalize old factory buildings with youthful energy and fashion elements. They also developed a deeper appreciation for the project's achievements in integrating industrial chain resources, establishing public service platforms, and driving industrial transformation and upgrading.

Director Guo emphasized that urban renewal is a critical initiative for stimulating urban development vitality and promoting regional economic development. He noted that YESGO Valley's renewal model, which leverages the park as a carrier, industry as a foundation, and innovation as a driver, holds significant importance for empowering regional industrial upgrading. In the future, YESGO Valley will continue to plan with a broader strategic vision, ensuring that the old factory buildings maintain their renewed vitality and serve as an exemplary model for regional urban renewal.
