FIOCCO News丨FIOCCO Group Holds 2023 Year-End Work Conference

On December 26, FIOCCO Group held its 2023 Year-End Work Conference. The meeting comprehensively summarized the Group's work in 2023 and deployed new strategies for the 2024 work plan. Shi Yun, Chairman of FIOCCO Group, along with responsible persons from subsidiaries and business managers, attended the conference.

During the meeting, responsible persons from subsidiaries and departmental business managers provided detailed reports and sharing on 2023 sales performance, development progress, customer dynamics, and 2024 work plans. Chairman Shi fully affirmed the efforts of all FIOCCO departments and teams, expressing gratitude for the hard work of team members. He highlighted that the teams demonstrated a mission-accomplishment spirit through strong management capabilities and efficient execution.

While fully acknowledging the achievements, it is also necessary to clearly recognize that further promoting business recovery and improvement still requires overcoming certain difficulties and challenges. Chairman Shi pointed out that the current development trends and overall environment of domestic and international trade remain complex, severe, and uncertain. He emphasized adhering to the general principle of "seeking progress while maintaining stability" and using stability to overcome uncertainty.

Chairman Shi stressed the importance of solidly concluding the current year's work and pioneering high-quality development for the 2024 work plan. He proposed the following five work requirements :

1.Persist in Innovation and Transformation: Encourage innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit, seek new cooperation opportunities and partners with innovation capabilities. Further enhance core competitiveness and strengthen core functions.

2.Broaden Perspectives: Thinking determines the way out. Try to use reverse thinking to ponder problems, reflect repeatedly, and achieve thorough understanding.

3.Actively Face Difficulties: Confront any challenges positively without avoidance, take responsibility courageously, and break through difficulties.

4.Improve Management Quality and Efficiency: Focus on the dual key aspects of management work—"benefits and efficiency"—and refine management measures.

5.Focus on Talent Cultivation: Build on talent development to continuously output innovation capabilities and drive the Group's ongoing progress.

Chairman Shi expressed hope that in the coming year, all departments of the Group will advance hand in hand, looking forward to new goals and development blueprints. As the wind rises and sails are set, the capable will stand at the forefront. He urged carrying forward the Group's fine tradition of hard work and striving, and with full enthusiasm, jointly composing a magnificent movement of new hope.
